QCS Director, Lee had the pleasure of being a guest speaker at the Open Minded Business Group as part of Mental Health Month.
The event was the perfect opportunity to delve into the importance of mental health awareness and why it needs to be more than just a buzzword.
During his talk, Lee opened up about his own personal experiences with depression, dyslexia, and ADHD, and how he has learnt to channel these challenges into strengths. Lee shared stories of the struggles he faced while starting QCS and navigating those tough early years. Experiences that underpinned his resilience and adaptability
A significant portion of my Lee’s talk focused on his approach to sales.
“For me, sales are about problem-solving and finding solutions that truly benefit clients. I believe that when we focus on understanding and addressing our clients’ needs, we build trust and long-lasting relationships. It’s this passion for problem-solving that drives me every day and makes my work fulfilling”
“Thank you to everyone who attended, engaged, and contributed to our meaningful discussion today. Remember, taking care of our mental health is essential for both personal and professional growth. I’m looking forward to more opportunities to connect and share with such an inspiring community.”
