QCS have recently visited Naples, Italy to perform a machinery FAT for a client of URSA Engineering Solutions. 

FAT stands for Factory Acceptance Testing which is a crucial part of project involving new equipment.

The objective for the URSA team is to ensure that the machinery complies with many UK and client standards. It can be surprising what may be suitable in Europe is not to UK. A machine safety risk assessment will be done also.

QCS have been helping assist with this project for a few months including utility design and overseeing installation, project management and client engineering due to the client having limited resources at this time.
